I had the wonderful pleasure of traveling down to Lynchburg, VA to celebrate my dear friends, Katie + Zach's engagement! Let me tell you something about this couple...they're amazing! If you didn't already know that, let me tell you why.
When I first asked them where they wanted to take their pictures, they suggested a bridge on a running path near their apartment. Turns out this bridge was a lot farther than any of us expected......2 miles in the trail to be exact. Not to mention that half way into the trail it started DOWN POURING! Did they turn back.....NOPE! Fully committed couple! We made it through the rain to the bridge, where upon it actually stopped raining, and got some fabulous shots! Virginia sun and humidity after the rain = perfect lighting situation!
Thanks guys for facing the elements and hiking 4+ miles to get the perfect shot! It was sincerely the best part of my weekend! I can't wait to celebrate your wedding day with you next year! You guys are truly amazing together!
